Prepaid Return Shipping Labels

Prepaid return shipping labels expire after 120 days. Expired shipping labels will not be refunded. Please be sure and ship your box to us within that period.

Memberships

When You purchase a membership you'll receive access to your photos and videos for a period of time. This is based on the membership duration and frequency that you select. 
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged, unless you choose to pay in advance. 
Some memberships may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a membership you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your membership, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your membership from there.
