At Digitize Memories Now, we strive to make the process as easy for you as possible. See how easy it is to digitize your photos and video tapes using our Mixed Media Box by viewing the simple steps below.

Step 1

Order a Mixed Media Box

After you have ordered a Mixed Media Box, it will be shipped to you. The box will contain everything you need to ship us your photos and video tapes, including detailed instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Step 2

Pack up and Send Us Your Photos and Video Tapes

Place your photos and video tapes in the box that was sent to you, securely tape it closed to prevent it from opening, apply the return shipping label we provided, and ship it back to us.

Step 3

We Email You a Price to Digitize Your Media

We will email you a price based on the quantity of photos, and the quantity/hours of video tapes. If you accept the price, we will digitize your media. If the price is unacceptable, your media will be returned to you, shipping charges apply.

Step 4

We Digitize Your Photos and Video Tapes

We will carefully prepare and digitize your photos and video tapes, making sure they meet our quality control standards. Before digitizing photos, we will make sure each photo is photo-side up and rotated correctly. During the digitization process each photo will be run through our photo enhancement software to give you high quality digital images.

Step 5

You Receive a Download Link

When your photo digitization job is completed, we will email you a link where you can view and download your digital images and video. The link is valid for 30 days, but you can optionally purchase a subscription to extend the 30 days to however long you want.

Step 6

We Ship Your Paper Photos and Video Tapes Back to You

After your photo and video digitization job is complete, we will ship your original paper photos and video tapes back to you. If you also purchased a USB Flash Drive with your order, it will also be included with your photos and video tapes.
